Standard Data-Exchange API for School Admission Portals

Every school - and in some states, every district - runs a separate online admission portal with its own login and document upload flow, so a parent applying to five schools re-enters the same information five times. A shared data-exchange standard, not a single replacement portal, would let existing systems talk to each other and reuse the same verified documents.
